How Online Care pricing works

$50 a month is the starting plan: everything in the standard list below, plus one rhythm task you choose for the month. Each extra task on the rhythm is agreed and priced separately, more or less depending on how often it runs and how much work it takes. Some clients stay on the standard plan plus one post or upload batch. Others add weekly uploads, promos, articles and channel work, and invest much more each month. We have clients at around a thousand a month when the mix is heavy, always written down so you see each item. Our studio team runs it with the tools we already use on live sites.

What every plan includes

• Enquiry paths checked on a schedule: forms, email routing and key landing pages
• Speed and uptime monitoring with alerts when something needs attention
• Security updates, HTTPS and keeping software current
• Backups and restore checks when your setup needs them
• On-call support: direct access to CHING 7 and the studio team when something breaks in front of a buyer

One rhythm task included at $50 a month

The standard plan keeps the technical side handled and gives you a direct line when it matters. The $50 starting plan also includes one agreed task on your rhythm each month so buyers see movement, not only a quiet site. You choose what that is, we agree what done looks like in writing, and we keep that rhythm on schedule.

• One news post, article or how-to guide published
• One batch of photo or listing uploads when your team shoots in-house
• Or another rhythm we agree together (a promo, seasonal page, or channel tie-in): one line of movement per month, and it can go various ways as your season changes

Extra tasks you can add

• Industry news and how-to guides. Short articles or practical posts on a rhythm you can keep, so repeat buyers and search see a living site.
• Blog and business updates. Product news, team news, or seasonal pages when you want the story to move without opening a new project each time.
• Photo uploads and listing management. Your team photographs in-house. We handle publish steps, crops, listing copy passes and QA on shops we know.
• Sales, specials and daily trade. Featured items, promo blocks or banners when price lists and stock move fast.
• Channels and other online avenues. Light profile upkeep, sizing posts, linking back to the site, and practical ideas for where else buyers might find you, when we scope it.
• Continuous service improvement. Small layout and copy tweaks, form checks, and backlog items that keep the site trustworthy month to month.

The $50 plan is the standard list plus one rhythm task, not the whole extra list below. Each extra line is priced on its own: weekly uploads cost more than one post a month, and promos on top of that add again. We confirm before the month runs. One-off larger changes still move to Build or a project quote.

Starting: standard plan plus one news post or one upload batch each month, from $50. Shop rhythm: standard plan plus weekly listing uploads from your photos, priced above entry. Heavier mix: standard plan plus uploads, specials, articles and channel work with several rhythm tasks on the plan. At that level some clients invest around a thousand a month, still listed task by task.

We look at what you have live and agree a written monthly plan: the standard care list, your one included rhythm task at entry, and any extras you add. From $50 a month covers that standard plan plus one step on your rhythm (for example one news post or one upload batch), including direct access to CHING 7 and the studio team when something breaks. Anything beyond that is agreed and priced separately. We confirm the plan before the month runs. You get clear updates, not a helpdesk queue.
